Pumpkin Patch

The Pumpkins are coming!  The Pumpkins are coming!  Delivery day this year is Sunday, October 9 at 12:30 p.m. (enough time to each lunch after church while awaiting the truck).

More details to come.  Here is what you need to know now:  there is a Pumpkin Patch Committee, headed by Larry Fluehr and Diane Lewis.  The W&E committee will help with the preschool aspect of the Patch; contact Johanne Valentine if you would like to help in that area.  Norma Badeaux is doing Pre-Patch publicity, which includes letter writing, flyers, blurbs in the newsletter and bulletins, community newspapers, businesses, and homeowners associations during the summer months.  Contact Norma if you know of any of these publications that would be willing to help advertise the 2005 NPC Pumpkin Patch.  As we near October, publicity help will be needed in distributing flyers and signs.

Be sure to look for any Pumpkin Patch meetings if you would like to be in on the decision-making process as we morph into our FOURTH year of pumpkins!
