NPC Preschool News Summer is right around the corner! Registration for Summer Camp is going on right now! You can stop by the preschool any time and fill out the registration form. The dates of summer camp are the weeks of: June 5-8 Colors June 26-29 Pets July 10-13 Water, Water Everywhere! Classes are M-Th from 9:30am-1:00pm and are for preschool ages 2-5 and elementary ages K-5th grade. Cost is $85 per week, with a registration fee of $25. We had our first annual Trike-a-Thon on April 28th and it was a huge success!! What a fun day we had – beautiful weather, a parking lot full of laughing kids riding their bikes or scooters, parents cheering on their children, a bounce house, pizza and all-in-all A GREAT DAY!!! Most importantly, the children seemed to really understand why they were riding their bikes and who they were raising the money for – St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! I also want to thank everyone who helped me – I could not have done the event without their help: Sandy Plyler, Laura Harris, Jason Bernardo (for bringing many extra bikes and helmets), Lisa Knowles, Anita Towey & Susan Penning (for letting us use the bounce house). I get so emotional about the help I receive because it really touches me that everyone in the church (and the families in the preschool) are so supportive of all the things we do in the preschool.
