Santa Claus Express |

Santa Claus Express is the holiday gift program for the residents of Georgia Presbyterian Homes. Our gifts are used to show love at Christmas and throughout the year at the Presbyterian Home in Quitman, Phillips Tower in Decatur, Calvin Court in Atlanta and the Presbyterian Village in Austell. A basket will be in the church narthex to receive unwrapped gifts until Sunday, December 5. If you would be an Angel and give a monetary gift to the Caring Hands Fund of Presbyterian Homes, envelopes for that purpose will be placed next to the basket. Angel Tree |

An Angel Tree will make it’s appearance in the church narthex in mid November. For the sixth year, Presbyterian Women are sponsoring this project to provide the children whose families are assisted by Rainbow Village a Christmas shopping trip to Target. The date is Sunday, December 19th ,beginning with a pizza lunch right after church. Youth and Adults will be needed to accompany the children shopping and gift wrapping their purchases later. Angel ornaments can be removed from the tree and returned with a gift certificate (gift card) from Target. Ten or Twenty dollar values are most useful for this purpose. Confirmation Class |

Calling all Potential Confirmands. We are going to start a Confirmation class shortly after the turn of the new year. If you are interested, talk to Matt. Calling all Members. We need a handful of you to join along with us as confirmation partners. You will be teamed up with a confirmand, and will join in the journey toward their membership. Come participate in the life of the church, and in the life of a confirmand. I promise you this, you will much more out of this experience than you will put into it. |
